Super Yummy Ribs!!!

I made these fall apart out of the world tender ribs for dinner last night!

3 to 4 pounds country style pork ribs
Montreal Steak Seasoning
Paprika
Fresh ground pepper
1 medium onion, sliced thin
1  to 1 1/2 cups barbeque sauce
2 Cups Chicken Broth/stock

To grill the ribs, pat ribs dry and season with the Montreal Steak Seasoning, Paprika and Fresh Ground Pepper salt and pepper.  Place a small rack at the bottom of the pressure cooker.  Place the sliced onion in a pressure cooker with 2 cups of Chicken Broth.  Add the seasoned Ribs to the cooker. Bring to High pressure and cook for 20 - 25 minutes depending on how thick they are.  Remove meat and onions from the cooker and coat with a thick layer of barbeque sauce.  Place on a medium heated gril and every few minutes continue to baste with barbeque sauce.  Grill for about 10 to 12 minutes or until desired doneness.  {The meat is already cooked and tender from the pressure cooker. All you are really doing is caramelizing the BBQ sauce on the outside of the ribs.}
