So by now anyone reading this knows that we are adopting yet again from China. Yu Yali soon to be know as Annamaire Chase-Yali Szynal with a birthday of May 12, 2007 will be coming home sometime this March. We currently have tickets and plan on traveling on March 4, 2010 and come home on March 19, 2010.
We have a requested an appointment with the US Consulate in Guangzhou China for March 16, 2010. You see there are 2 other families with our agency (Sunnyridge Family Center) that are traveling during that time and have appointments on that day. These are some truly amazing families and even though their sons are from Shanix and not Shaanix where our Annie is. We would still be able to be with them in Beijing and in Guangzhou. Let me tell you when you are out of the country for 2 weeks it is nice to be able to spend some of that time with familiar faces. Plus it is hard to have a Mom's Night Out when you are the only Mom J
After you have looked at the pictures you may have noticed that Annie's fashion sense seems to be lacking. Don't worry big sister Lizzy is on the job. Lizzy has expressed a great concern that Annie does not have "pretty" clothes. She has declared that she will fix it by putting lipstick and glitter on Annie's head. Poor Annie I hope she knows what she is getting into by joining this family.
All I know is that March 4th can't come soon enough. We are coming Annie. It's been 3 years in the making but Mommy and Daddy are finally on their way!
