Last week I made Albondigas Soup this turned out awesome!! I made this a few weeks ago for a soup dinner at church and we used canned tomatoes instead of the cherry tomatoes called for and I think the canned tomatoes gave the soup much richer tasting broth.
Everyone loved the meatballs. This time Dan is the one who gave 2 thumbs up :)

That's actually a Latin Dish. My grandmother use to me it all the time.
