Tonsillectomy and Adenoidectomy

On Wednesday Aug. 10 Annie had her T&A preformed at Shr*ner's in Chicago.  We are at home and recovering now about 30 hours later.  She has been a trooper.  She doesn't like the pain and I don't blame her.  She does on the other hand love the post op diet :).

Shortly after arriving Annie hopped into bed with her Dora pillow and her friends ready to start her hospital adventure.

LaoLao brought an Ariel pillowcase and big sister.

Big sister makes everything better.

Her throat is so sore it is a struggle to get her to eat and keep it cold and wet.

Unless it is ice cream :)
