Marlise/Mooncake Foundation

While we were waiting for Annie the Mooncakes foundation helped us to get many pictures of Annie Yali and to get extra information on her as well.  It is the "report" we got from the Mooncaes foundation that made Dan feel comfortable enough to take the "plunge" and agree that we could in fact parent Annie Yali successfully.

 

It turns out that Marlise from the foundation was in Xi'an at the same time we are.  She has left today to fly back home to Holland (?).  While we were in the same country we decided to meet.  It was wonderful to hear from her how much the children are loved and what their daily life is like.
