It was great to see Annie just being a happy little 2 year old.
Of course Brookfield Zoo has the Hamill Family Play Zoo where Lizzy's favorite thing every lives.....Paint Face!!! Lizzy made herself look like a Dalmation dog and Mommy look like a kitty. Annie even spent sometime bonding with LaoLao and Papa. LaoLao's job was to help her paint her face. Papa's was to what else but oversee her artistic abilities!
Annie also saw her surgeon for the first time. Not much to report here. The only big change at this time has been that we will be using the clinic out of Children’s Memorial instead of Lutheran’s team.
Today Annie went bowling.
We ended our day with some fun at the park with big sister Lizzy and our dear friend Trisha playing on the swings and going down the slide. Lizzy is so proud to be a big sister. She played with her sister and helped do almost everything. Mommy is proud to report that Annie hates sand!!!! She truly is my daughter ;)
There are still so many firsts to come. I am blessed to have my girls and a wonderful Spring and Summer ahead of us.
Tomorrow Annie will have her first EI evaluation Physical Therapy is first. On Friday we have evals for Speech and Developmental therapies. I know Annie is delayed most especially in Speech. I am very curious to see how she is doing in the other areas as well.
Sunday is Easter. I look forward to posting about Annie’s first Easter and Lizzy’s first Easter as a big sister.
